If you elect to receive Bank of America account related documents and communications electronical y from Bank of America (‘we”, “us” or “Bank of America”) by way of this agreement, you wil receive the fol owing electronical y relating to your Bank of America loan accounts; · Legal Notices Relating to your loan Account · Other Notices Relating to your loan Account The entire above are referred to col ectively as "Electronic Communications." If you agree below you may begin to receive some Electronic Communications immediately and other Electronic Communications wil be provided in the future as they become available. You can discontinue receipt of Electronic Communications in favor of paper communications as noted herein.

Method of Delivery
If you agree to these terms, we may send, and you hereby authorize us to send, Electronic Communications by any lawful y permitted electronic manner, including, posting them on an Bank of America Website or the Online Bil ing Provider through which you are enrol ing to receive the Electronic Communications, through links provided on your online Statement of Account or elsewhere, by e-mail at the primary e-mail address you have provided to the Online Bil ing Provider or any combination of these means. Online Bil ing Provider refers to the institution where you enrol ed to view your Bank of America loan account statement.
Bank of America reserves the right to send paper communications to you at any time in its sole
Withdrawing Your Consent
You may turn off your Electronic Communications option any time by logging onto your Online Bil ing Provider Site and selecting Bank of America from your list of Payee/Bil ers. Click on the link to discontinue the electronic version of your bil from Bank of America.

Obtaining Paper Copies
By logging onto your Online Bil ing Provider Site, you may print free of charge, up to 6 prior months of copies of your Statement of Account, including any document or communication listed above under "Documents and Communications Covered."
Updating Contact Information
To update information needed to contact you electronical y, click on the profile section at your Online Bil ing Provider Site and enter your new e-mail address anytime it changes.

System Requirements
In order to receive and retain the Electronic Communications, you must have a valid e-mail address and a computer equipped as described below. If your e-mail address changes, you must promptly contact Bank of America to update your contact information.

Internet access and a browser that supports 128-bit encryption such as Microsoft® Internet An operating system meeting the below minimum requirements for either Microsoft Windows® or Macintosh Windows® Windows® 95 or higher or Windows® NT 4.0 or higher 16 MB (32 MB recommended of access memory (RAM)) Or Macintosh® System 7.5.5 or higher 32 MB of available access memory (RAM) 16 MB of available Adobe® Softwar: Adobe Acrobat Reader® 4.0 or higher is required to open and/or save a portable document format (PDF), such as your online Statement of Account in a PDF format. If you do not have access to Adobe Acrobat Reader® 4.0 or higher you need to obtain the necessary Adobe® software that can be downloaded at no cost at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
