Copyright All choreography by Next Level Generation (NLG) is covered by copyright as outlined by the Australian Copyright Council (Choreography and Copyright, October 2003). These conditions can be viewed at www.copyright.org.au. Therefore any unauthorised reproduction of choreography by NLG breaches copyright law. 2. Attendance Each member is required to attend all practice sessions and performances. Where a member is unable to attend for any reason, an NLG leader must be notified in advance, where possible. Practice session attendance is compulsory for those wanting to perform. 3. Selection for Performance Each member is required to abide by all decisions made by leaders and dance captains. All effort will be made to accommodate each member’s desire to perform however, performance selection will be reserved for those who demonstrate the necessary skills. The final selection is reserved for the NLG Director alone. 4. Code of Conduct All members are required to abide by the NLG Code of Conduct (as per attached sheet) and the direction of NLG trainers, staff and representatives. 5. Filming/Photography Authorised filming or photography of performances, rehearsals and performers is restricted to NLG staff. Filming or photography by any other person needs express written permission from the NLG Director. Authorisation slips will be issued where approved. Transport* NLG staff provide courtesy transport to and from performances. Please ensure that you have your parents’ permission if you are under 18 years of age. If this is arrangement is not acceptable, please speak to the NLG Coordinator.
