ehrlichiens à la dilution au 1:40 avec un résultat négatif ou à un traitement à base de doxycycline à la dose de 10
mg/kg/jour pendant 14 jours dans les 30 jours avant le départ pour la Polynesie (for dogs either an indirect fluorescent
antibody test to detect antibodies against Ehrlichia with a 1 :40 dilution with a negative result or a treatment with
doxycycline at a dose rate of 10 mg/kg body weight on 14 consecutive day, within 30 days prior departur to Polynesias) ;
• pour les chiens, à un test sanguin de type « immunofluorescence indirecte » ou « ELISA » (Enzyme-Linked
ImmunoSorbent Assay) destiné à déceler la présence d’anticorps anti-leishmaniens avec un résultat négatif. Pour les
animaux ayant séjourné dans les zones à risque, il est conseillé d’effectuer un test préalable avant le départ pour la
Polynésie française. (for dogs, an indirect fluorescent antibody test or an ELISA test to detect antibodies against
Leishmania sp. with a negative result. If the dogs originate from an infected zone it is advisable to perform a preliminary
test before departure to French Polynesia.).
• pour les chiens, un certificat d’un vétérinaire de Polynésie française attestant que l’animal a été traité à l’imidocarbe
contre la babésiose canine (a certificate by a veterinary of French Polynesia establishing your animal has been treated
with imidocarb, against canine babesiosis)
• certificat d'un vétérinaire de Polynésie française attestant qu’un déparasitage interne par du praziquantel à la dose
de 5 mg/kg, efficace en particulier contre Echinococcus sp. a été effectué. (Ce parasite, à l’origine de contamination
humaine pouvant occasionner la mort est absent du territoire) ; a certificate by a veterinary of French Polynesia establishing
your animal has been subjected to a treatment against internal parasites with praziquantel 5mg/kg

A l’issue d’une période de 6 mois passés à bord dans les eaux de pays indemnes de rage, les animaux ayant subi les traitements mentionnés ci-dessus reçoivent une autorisation de débarquer. After six month exclusively on board, in the
waters of countries free of rabies, the animals that have been treated according to the above mentionned procedure will be
granted a permit to unboard.

Un débarquement après 30 jours de consigne peut être envisagé si vous fournissez en outre les documents suivants
Unboarding of the animal after 30 days can occur if in addition you supply the following documents :
• certificat de vaccination antirabique portant le numéro d’identification de l’animal attestant que l’animal est vacciné
depuis plus de 6 mois avant la date prévue de débarquement et moins d’un an. A veterinary certificate bearing the animal identification number, attesting that the animal was immunized against rabies more than 6 months before the date of planned unboarding and less than 1 year ; • le résultat d’un dosage d’anticorps antirabique effectué dans un laboratoire officiellement agréé de plus de 3 mois et
moins de 24 mois avant la date prévue de débarquement et supérieur à 0,5 UI. The result of a titration of rabies antibodies performed in an officially agreed laboratory, done at least 3 months before the planned date of unboarding and superior to 0,5 IU. • Le cas échéant, un justificatif des autorités panaméennes de mise en consigne à bord lors de la traversée du canal de
Panama. If applicable, a certificate from Panamanian authorities attesting that the animal has been maintained onboard
during the crossing of Panama channel.
Votre animal reste consigné à bord tant qu’une autorisation de débarquer n’a pas été délivrée par nos
services. Le non respect de cette consigne entraînerait l’application des peines prévues aux articles 14 et 15 de la
délibération 77-93 impliquant confiscation et destruction de l’animal.
The animal is consigned on board as long as the permit is not issued. In case of contravention the animal will
be treated according to articles 14 and 15 of the 77-93 deliberation which implies confiscation and destruction of the animal.
