Lee balances composing and recording music for film with a full-time position as a Music Producer at Grey New York, a leading advertising agency. He has composed original music and sound for more than 30 films, as well as dance and theater pieces. His work was recognized by the Student Academy Awards ("This is not a Picture"), and by the Mid-Atlantic Film Festival for Best Dramatic Score ("Empty"). Lee's work has also been featured at New York University's Fusion Film Festival and First Run Festival, as well as the DC Shorts Film Festival. While attending NYU as a composition student, Lee assisted Andrew Lippa, a Tony Award- winning Broadway composer and lyricist, in the production of A Little Princess, as well as the New York City Opera on their New Composers series.
