Probenahme und konservierung wässriger Proben Durch mikrobielle Prozesse, Adsorption, Ausgasung und chemische Reaktionen können die Wasserproben nach der Probenahme bis zur Analyse im Labor verändert werden. Insbesondere die mikrobiel en Prozesse sowie die Ausgasung lassen sich durch Kühlung der Proben auf 0-4°C verlangsamen. Eine Kühlung der Proben hat auch dann zu erfolgen, wenn die Probe durch Zugabe von Chemikalien konserviert wurde.
