A block of rooms has been reserved at a reduced rate for workshop participants: 140€ per night for a single, 150€ for a double, including breakfast. We will take care of your room reservation on the basis of the information given on your booking form. Payment at the end of your stay directly to the hotel. GENERAL CONDITIONS
As the number of participants is limited, we advise you to return the attached
booking form at your best convenience but by August 14th at the latest.
Please note that your registration will only be confirmed by the receipt of the full
remittance of the participation fee for which you will receive an invoice.
For organization reasons, we must reserve the right to cancel room reservation
in case of late payment just as registration fees cannot be refunded in case of
cancellation by the participant.
